The BBB Institute for Marketplace Trust is the BBB's educational foundation. The Institute partners with corporations, nonprofits, and government agencies to expand efforts to combat fraud in the marketplace.
BBB has published a new Scam Alert every week since 2012.
In that time, many lessons have been learned about spotting scams. These lessons will be shared during the BBB presentation, covering scams such as phony text messages to suspicious social media accounts.
